I. Introduction

  1. The company Sky Towers s.r.o., ID No.: 243 71 360, with registered office at Jankovcova 1595/14, Holešovice, 170 00 Prague 7, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague under file No. C 439614 („Company“) has implemented an internal notification system („Internal Notification System“) in accordance with Act No. 171/2023 Coll, on the protection of whistleblowers („Whistleblower Protection Act“) and Act No. 253/2008 Coll., on certain measures against the legalization of proceeds of crime and terrorist financing („AML Act“).
  2. The internal whistleblowing system is used to securely report potential wrongdoing that has occurred or is about to occur at the Company and that meets the characteristics of Section 2(1) of the Whistleblower Protection Act („Reporting“).

II. ADDICTED PERSONSA

A Competent Person is a person designated by the Company to receive and assess the validity of a Notification and who, if the Notification is valid, proposes to the Company measures to remedy or prevent the infringement. The Competent Person is:

III. NOTICES

The notification may be made by any employee of the Company. The Company does not preclude the receipt of Notices from persons who do not perform work or other similar activities for the Company under Section 2(3)(a), (b), (h) or (i) of the Whistleblower Protection Act. As an obliged person under the AML Act, the Company also allows the submission of Notifications anonymously.

Notification can be made:

  • By the internal notification system: to the relevant person in writing at the above e-mail or mailing address, orally by telephone at the above telephone number, or in person at the request of the notifier;
  • To the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic: the notification system of the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic can be used for general notifications of violations;
  • Financial Analysis Office: In view of the Company's status under the AML Act, please note that if your Notification relates to a violation of regulations in the area of combating the laundering of proceeds of crime and terrorist financing, such Notification is not filed with the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic, but may be filed with the Financial Analysis Authority;
  • by publication under the conditions set out in Section 7(1)(c) of the Whistleblower Protection Act
